Michael Schulman, Principal of ORCA  Mr. Schulman was the Chief Financial Officer of Spine Solutions Inc. (SSI) from May 2002 to its sale in April 2003. SSI is a company which engaged in the development and sales of non-fusion disc implants. From October 2001 to May 2005, Mr. Schulman was the Chief Financial Officer of Viscogliosi Bros., LLC, an investment banking firm that managed 5 investment funds. In 2003 Mr. Schulman founded Innovative Clinical Solutions, Inc.. In addition, Mr. Schulman took two private companies through initial US public offerings.
Mr. Schulman received his BS in Accounting in 1978 and a MBA in Finance in 1985 from St. Johns University. Jared M. Nussbaum, Principal of ORCA  Mr. Nussbaum has over 11 years of experience in funding, building and operating companies. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Nussbaum was the co-founder of OnSite Access, Inc., a building-centric telecom company which raised in excess of $150 million prior to filing for its public offering. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Nussbaum was the Managing Partner of iRisk Partners, a company which provided consulting services to the financial and biomedical sectors in the areas of information risk management and operations. In 2003 Mr. Nussbaum was a founder of ICS.
Mr. Nussbaum received a BBA from Hofstra University in 2001.
